Patient 26

This 42-year old woman had tried to eliminate the under eye bags with conventional in office treatments with other providers. Her treatments had included filler injections and radio frequency treatments to try to melt that fat. They hadn’t worked on her, and she actually had the filler dissolved on two occasions.

She received a midface lift, done with incisions concealed above the hairline and an endoscope along with liposculpture and a light laser to modify the under eye darkness has provided a long term solution—she’s two years postoperatively.
