Dr. Wulc is an internationally recognized surgeon celebrated for his meticulous and holistic approach to facial cosmetic surgery. He is board-certified in ophthalmology, facial cosmetic surgery, and plastic surgery, and is a diplomate of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. Dr. Allan Wulc offers his patients a nearly unparalleled level of excellence thanks to his extensive educational history. After graduating Summa Cum Laude from Amherst College, Dr. Wulc earned his MD at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He completed his residency at the University of Pennsylvania, as well as a fellowship at the University of Arizona and another fellowship at London's Moorfields Hospital. He currently serves as an associate clinical professor at the University of Pennsylvania.

Dr. Wulc is certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology, the American Board of Physician Specialists in Plastic Surgery, and the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery (Facial Cosmetic Surgery). He is a member of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons and the American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons. He received his board certification from the American Board of Ophthalmology in 1986 and joined the American Board of Cosmetic Surgery in 1988.
