What Is the Procedure?

What Is the Recovery After a Midface Lift?

The midface lift procedure has a recovery time of approximately nine days. Pain is generally easily controlled with a long-lasting local block during surgery, and pain medication is used as necessary to prevent discomfort. Discomfort usually only lasts for 72 hours.

Both swelling and bruising fade gradually in the weeks following the procedure. Lasers and pulsed light expedite healing and decrease bruising.
