Eyelid Revision Surgery Gallery Patient 263833

69 year old woman referred by a plastic surgeon for repair of previous cosmetic surgery. She had two facelifts and upper and lower eyelid surgery, and had filler and fat. On exam, it appeared she had overcorrected fat with fullness around the mouth and lower eyelids. Her midface was droopy and her left upper eyelid and both her lower eyelids had been pulled down from her previous eyelid surgery. The after photo is 7 months following brow and midfacelift using Wnaturallift technique. (eye makeup in postoperative picture). Facial fat volume initially removed and then restored with microfat liposculpture. Lower lid retraction repaired with dermis grafts. Upper lids volumized by pedicled fat transfer and liposculpture. Lower lid laser resurfacing. Left ptosis repair.
