This amazing woman came to us 14 years ago as a 47 year old—with a winky right upper lid and brow and cheek changes. The asymmetry was present for her whole life.  We performed a brow lift, lifting the right side more than the left, an upper and lower blepharoplasty, liposculpture, and a midfacelift—the WNatural micromidfacelift®. To get her brows more symmetric, she would come up from time to time for Botox injections to raise the right brow and lower the left slightly.

You can see how well it held up over the past 12 years.  Not many changes around the eyes. The skin has changed for someone that does lots of outdoor activities in Florida year round, and she developed jowls.

She didn’t want an aggressive deep neck procedure because of those activities—wrenching her neck was a concern.  We did a mini deep plane facelift with liposcupture and neck Renuvion to make the lower face and neck match the rest. It was done under sedation only.  She was back to pickleball 3 weeks after the procedure.

This 68 year-old woman received the following procedures under propofol only IV anesthesia - an endobrow lift to smooth and lift the brows, a midfacelift to restore heart shape to the face, an upper blepharoplasty to move fat from the inner eyelid corners to the central eyelid, a lower blepharoplasty with adjacent fat transfer to make diminish the lid cheek hollow/shadow, and Liposculpture to add fat to temples, cheeks, upper and lower lids.
