Debbie Tuccillo, R.N.

Debbie Tuccillo, R.N., is a highly trained dermatology nurse by profession. Working for ten years under the medical directorship of a world-renowned dermatologist in Manhattan,Debbie discovered her passion for aesthetic surgery, laser procedures and injectables. We are fortunate that she brought her expertise to the Philadelphia region, integrating her artistic talent into her professional career on the Main Line before joining W Cosmetic Surgery® in 2011.

She specializes in non-surgical treatments and the most innovative technologies in laser procedures and skincare regimens to restore and enhance one’s natural beauty. Debbie’s extensive experience and knowledge guides her nuanced approach to tailor treatments to each client’s unique facial features, delivering results that look natural, refined and graceful.

As a highly experienced specialist in her field, Debbie is frequently asked to provide early evaluation of the newest products and procedures to hit the aesthetic field and regularly attends professional development training across the US to stay abreast of current trends and techniques.

Debbie is the key contact for every client undergoing any type of advanced cosmetic procedure, providing expert pre-procedure evaluations and consultations and post recovery treatments for hundreds of happy patients over the past nine years and counting.

Her passion and understanding for sharing her knowledge with WCosmeticSurgery patients while equipping them with fundamental principles necessary to provide superior outcomes is her uncompromising goal. She is certified in trademarked non-surgical procedures and over six dermal lasers including the newest technology of CO2 Fractional laser. Extensive injectable filler experience with BOTOX® Cosmetic, Jeuveau™, Dysport™, and Xeomin® tops the list of procedures she values in her practice.

With the state-of-art technology provided at W Cosmetic Surgery®, Debbie is dedicated to administering and implementing personal and aesthetic results with precise care. She believes in creating fresh appearances that are believable, comfortable and natural in look and takes the time to discuss all options to ensure each patient gets the correct treatment to achieve their goals. Her artistic eye and attention to detail has been represented on beautiful faces all over the Philadelphia region.

Gina Veith, LMA

Gina Veith, licensed medical aesthetician, has been a member of the W Cosmetic Surgery® team for more than 15 years. After earning her Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Villanova, she worked in the field for eight years. She then decided to switch gears, pursuing a career in medical aesthetics under the guidance of Dr. Allan Wulc.

Gina has served in a variety of roles at W Cosmetic Surgery®. She is an expert in the use of chemical peels. She has a master’s certification in microneedling and Intracel (microneedling with radiofrequency). Her results with Intracel for face, neck, and festoons are wonderful. She is also trained to do these treatments with PRP (platelet-rich plasma).

In her role as a surgical consultant, she was able to guide our valued patients through the entire process, answering all questions on the surgeries our physicians perform. In her current role as lead medical aesthetician at W Skin Studio, she formulates specific skincare plans for her patients.

Gina has extensive training and knowledge in Microneedling, Dermaplaning, Superficial and deep peels, Broadband Light (BBL), Intense Pulsed Light (IPL), and Clear and Brilliant technologies and incorporates these advanced treatments into your skin care regimen. No matter how your skin looks, she can devise a skin care plan that is right for you, anchored by our medical-grade W Skin product line. She is also a valued participant in our patient’s pre-op and post-op surgical care.

Gina remains committed to education and prides herself in staying ahead of the latest technological advancements in lasers and facial rejuvenation. However, it’s her personal touch with patients that sets her apart. She has found her true passion—skin care—and is committed to making her patients look and feel their best.

Whittney Hauck, LMA

Whittney’s journey into aesthetics began after graduating from Temple University in 2009 with a degree in Business Management and a concentration in Marketing. While pursuing a career in marketing, she worked in a makeup store and provided bridal makeup on the side. It was during this time that she fell in love with the beauty industry — seeing her clients’ faces light up after a transformation sparked a passion for helping people feel confident and beautiful.

Having struggled with acne herself, Whittney wanted to understand skin health on a deeper level. This led her to the Jean Madeline Aveda Institute, where she graduated at the top of her class, focusing solely on skincare.

Her career in medical aesthetics began at Young Medical Spa, where she combined her marketing background with her esthetic knowledge. In 2014, she joined the practice of Dr. Timothy M. Greco, FACS, MD, where she immersed herself in advanced medical aesthetics. There, Whittney focused on medical-grade skincare, pre- and post-procedure care, and anti-aging treatments. She gained hands-on experience with laser hair removal, laser skin resurfacing, micro needling, anti-aging lasers, medical facials, chemical peels, and dermaplaning, while also assisting with neuromodulators, dermal fillers, and post-operative care. Observing all surgical procedures allowed her to gain a unique perspective on skin — both on the surface and beneath it.

Today, Whittney is excited to bring her expertise to W Cosmetic Surgery with Dr. Wulc, where she offers advanced treatments including chemical peels, medical facials, several lasers, medical grade skincare, dermaplaning, micro needling. and customized skincare services. She is passionate about helping patients achieve their individual skin goals — whether that means addressing acne, preventing signs of aging, or reversing existing skin damage. Above all, her mission is to empower each patient to feel radiant, confident, and comfortable in their own skin.
