Dr. Allan Wulc is Board Certified in Ophthalmology, Plastic Surgery and Facial Cosmetic Surgery. He is subspecialty trained in Eye and Facial Plastic Surgery and a diplomate of the American Society of Ophthalmic Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons and a Fellow of the American Academy of Facial Plastic Surgery.
