What is 3D Miracl™?
3D Miracl™ is a minimal downtime “lunchtime” peel. Also known as a microlaser peel, the procedure is performed using the UltraClear™ cold fiber laser. This unique laser does not heat the skin significantly, allowing for a pain-free laser smoothing treatment. No numbing creams or injections are needed. A treatment takes less than 20 minutes.
How does 3D Miracl™ work?
Because this laser does not heat the skin significantly, it is useful for all skin types, meaning that it can be used on skin of color. Other lasers that heat the skin are more likely to produce postprocedural pigment issues not seen with 3D Miracl™. The procedure is most useful in younger patients. It makes your skin radiant—it makes it “glow”.
What are the 3D Miracl™ treatments like?
Leaving the office, your skin is slightly pink, but makeup can be applied right away or the following day. Your skin peels in about 2 days and peeling is complete around day 4. Improvement in your skin is noted almost immediately but continues to improve up to three months post-treatment.
A series of 3 to 6 treatments is recommended for the best results, but changes are noted even after a single treatment.
3D Miracl™ treats the most superficial layers of the skin.
